What is a Trade Mark?
A trade mark distinguishes products or services of one trader from those of another trader.
Trade mark registration grants the owner of a trade mark the legal right to exclusively use, or control the use of, a trade mark for the goods or services for which the trade mark is registered. A trade mark is capable of protection against misuse or infringement by others, as well as allowing it to be licensed and sold.
