How do I register a design?
Prior to filing a design application, it is important that a comprehensive search of design records takes place. If your design is not new and distinctive, any registration you receive may be revoked as a result of subsequent examination. Further, you may face legal proceedings if you infringe upon the design rights of third parties with similar designs.
